Exchange your funds to US In Canada you will get better rate. However you can always use your ATM to get funds anywhere.

May 28 Sunday: Departure locations and times:

We ask you kindly to be on time or early at each pick-up, if you are running late, you must call our office at the number provided and be at another stop to meet the bus from the list.

 

Leaving Winnipeg, we will stop at Canadian Duty Free, clear customs and then on to Duty Free America for our pre-order for the return.

Our first night will be at Prairie Knights Casino Resort checking in approximately 4pm. lunch break in Fargo at the mall and a leg stretch en route before our arrival.

May 29, Monday, depart from hotel door at 8:30am, breakfast included Feast of The Rock restaurant opens at 7am,

it is a self order of the menu (more information on bus).

Lunch will be en route with more information on the bus. We will arrive Sturgis Motorcycle Museum for a tour 3:30ish.

Checking into the Deadwood Lodge for our 3 nights with Check In around 4:45.

Evening on your own to check out Deadwood. The Lodge is serviced by a Trolly Service that will take you downtown.

The fee for the trolley is $2 per person per ride. 

Day passes are $5.00 per person and are available for purchase at the Welcome Center and History and Information Center.

This may be a good idea for Wednesday.

May 30 Tuesday, This is our outing day, we will depart the resort at 9:30 this is a full day of adventure, sightseeing and good old fun. You will visit Crazy Horse Monument plus a bus ride to the bottom of the Mountain, where you meet Crazy Horse Face-to-Face through a memorable trip for a close-up view. Leaving Crazy Horse, you will visit the town of Keystone full of interesting stores, locations for lunch, stepping backing in time to the days of “The Wild West” you may take in the shoot out that takes place on the street. Time to get those special items and pictures.

Leaving Keystone we head up to the world-famous Mount Rushmore Monument. Departing the mountain, we have one more stop at Lake Pactola and the visitors centre.

Returning back to the Lodge around 5-5:30, balance of evening you are on your own, find a nice place for supper, try your luck at the many casinos or enjoy the historical town and décor from a time gone by.

May 31, Wednesday: Today is your day do as little as you want or as much as you can, we will be providing a ticket for you to enjoy the Deadwood Stagecoach Ride you can experience the same mode of transportation used during the Black Hills Gold Rush.

June 1 Thursday Board bus at 9am for trip to Dakota Magic Hotel & Casino for our last night of our trip. Good options for supper and time to join everyone in the Bar for last night with the group.

June 2, Friday Check out and depart from hotel doors at 11:15am, we will stop in Fargo giving time for shopping, pick up our duty Free that we ordered on our departure day clear customs returning into Winnipeg with our 1st. stop at St. Anne’s and Fermor around 6pm, this is approximate, until we clear customs, we can not give a guaranteed time of arrival.
