A big thank you for the amazing response to our Folklorama Trips 2025!

 

We had six buses visiting various pavilions over the two weeks of festivities.

 

I will reach out to all our groups in mid-January to get buses booked. We’ll also arrange a few more buses for 2026, as we had to disappoint several guests this year due to buses filling up so quickly.

 

If you live in a condo, block, or are part of a church or organization, and would like a bus to pick up your group at a designated location, give us a call, and we’ll reserve a bus just for your group.

 

The minimum number to reserve a bus for one group is 46, but if you wish us to  add a second group to share with you, then the minimum number is not a factor

* VIP escorted service into Pavilions (no waiting)

* Access to three shows

* Reserved seating near the stage

* Table service with a three-course progressive meal and drinks

* Reserved motorcoach parking

* An evening of great food and fun, no worries we take care everything.

Tickets must be paid within two weeks of booking for individual booking .

For groups information will be posted at later date. 

Enjoy multiple events at Folklorama this summer; there's no limit on the number of  events you may book.

A Tour guide  travels with you to insure  everyone is having a good time.

​Enjoy your events: Time for boarding buses as follows:

Group reservations must be booked and paid in full by July 7

We must ensure seats are guaranteed no later than July 7 

Payment can be made via e-transfer, cheque, or cash.

​

Gather your friends from your block, condo, church, or other locations, and we'll provide VIP service a personalized pick-up for your special night. We will have a few designated pick-up points for each outside of blocks, as long as there are available seats. A minimum number of participants is required per location, with a maximum of two stops.
